REFUND POLICY:

1. Damaged items can be returned for a full refund or will be replaced with new products, if customer so requested. Credit (refund) will be issued via PayPal or Google Checkout within five (5) business days from receipt of damaged items. Replacements are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of damaged items.

ALL lost items or order not received will be replaced with new products, Guaranteed or will receive a full refund if customer so requested.

2. All products purchased can be returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase, however they must remain Sealed, Unused, and Unopened. A full refund will be issued via PayPal (credit) within 5 (five) business days upon receipt of the sealed and unused returned items, no question asked.

3. We do not offer refunds if the product you purchased did not give you the desired results.

4. We do not offer refunds once the seal of the product purchased is broken, torn or opened.


Undeliverable parcel that is returned to us due to incorrect address will be assessed the following Shipping and Handling charges:
